摘要
针对昆明长水国际机场旅客捷运系统方案特点,通过捷运系统运营维保模式对比分析,找出适合长水机场实际情况的业务界面划分,并从捷运系统运营筹备的角度提出组织架构、人员配置、人员培养与培训、规章制度等方面的思考,为长水机场旅客捷运系统运营管理提供参考。
According to the characteristics of the Kunming Changshui International Airport Passenger Rapid Transit System,through the comparative analysis of the operation and maintenance model of Passenger Rapid Transit System,we find out the business interface division suitable for the actual situation of Changshui Airport.From the point of view of the operation preparation of Passenger Rapid Transit System,the organization structure,staffing,personnel training and training,and rules and regulations are put forward to provide reference for the operation and management of the passenger rapid transit system at Changshui Airport.
