摘要
超高强钢A柱内板一般采用常规拉延工艺,以更好控制超高强钢回弹问题,但其材料利用率较低。文章通过冲压成形CAE模拟,对比双件对拼拉延、单件拉延和成形等3种不同工艺方案特点,并结合软模验证,选取成形方案作为正式工艺。此方案可提高材料利用率,降本20%以上。
The drawing process is usually used in the UHSS A-pillar inner plate in order to control UHSS rebound problem, but the material utilization is low. Through CAE simulation of stamping forming, the characteristics of W-attach draw, single draw and forming are compared, and the form operation is selected as a formal process by soft tooling validating. The material utilization rate can be improved by using this solution, reducing the cost by more than 20%.
