摘要
织物透气性作为服装舒适性的重要指标之一,受到广泛关注。利用Hagen-Poiseuille定律推导了机织物结构参数与透气率的关系式,通过对30种纯棉机织物结构及透气率的测试,分析织物理论透气率、紧度及厚度与实测透气率的相关性,并得到织物实测透气率与理论透气率及紧度间的回归方程。结果表明:织物的透气性与织物密度、纱线直径及厚度有关;在织物两侧压差较小的情况下,气体流经织物主要以层流运动为主;通过织物理论透气率及紧度得到的织物透气率回归方程,其计算值与织物实测透气率相关性显著。
As one of the important indexes of clothing comfort,fabric air permeability is widely concerned.The relationship between the structural parameters and air permeability of the woven fabric is derived using the Hagen-Poiseuille law,The fabric structure and permeability of30kinds of cotton machine were tested.Analyzing the correlation between the theoretical air permeability,the intensity and the thickness of fabric and the measured permeability,The regression equation between the measured permeability and theoretical permeability of the fabric is obtained.The results showed that fabric's air permeability is connected to fabric density,yarn diameter and thickness.The pressure difference on both sides of the fabric is small,air flows through the fabric mainly in laminar motion.The return equation of air permeability is obtained through the theoretical air permeability and intensity of the fabric.The calculation value of the return equation of fabric air permeability is significantly correlated with the measured air permeability of the fabric.
