摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在老年精神科病房护理文书书写质量中的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,比较品管圈活动前后老年精神科病房护理文书存在的问题。结果:主题目标达标率97.30%,改善幅度70.3%。结论:品管圈活动可以提高老年精神科护理文书书写质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle(QC)on the writing quality of nursing documents in geriatric psychiatric ward.Methods:Quality control circle group was set up and the problems of nursing documents in geriatric psychiatric ward before and after QCC activities were compared.Results:The target rate was 97.30%and the improvement rate was 70.3%.Conclusion:Quality control circle could improve the writing quality of nursing documents in geriatric psychiatric department.
