摘要
为提高石墨烯与聚乳酸的结合性和聚乳酸的导电性,以天然鳞片石墨为原料,采用球磨法制备石墨烯,利用聚苯乙烯改性石墨烯,使用溶液混法得到石墨烯/聚乳酸/聚苯乙烯复合材料。通过SEM等方法对石墨烯和复合材料的形貌等进行表征,使用表面电阻仪对复合材料的导电性进行测试。结果表明,制备的石墨烯厚约为1 nm,当石墨烯的质量分数为2%时,复合材料导电性最好,其表面电阻为10~6Ω。该研究改善了聚乳酸的导电性能,有利于扩大该环保材料的应用规模。
This paper aims to improve the binding of graphene to polylactic acid and the conductivity of polylactic acid.The study involves preparing graphene from natural flake graphite by ball milling;modifying graphene by polystyrene;preparing graphene/polylactic acid/polystyrene composites by solution mixing;characterizing the shape of graphene and composites by SEM;and testing the conductivity of the composites by surface resistor.The results show that the resulting graphene has the thickness of about 1 nm;given the mass fraction of graphene of 2%,the composites exhibit the best conductivity and the surface resistance of 10 6Ω.The research able to improve the conductivity of polylactic acid may contribute to a wider application of the environmental protection material.
