摘要
运用文献资料调研、归纳等研究法,基于一线教学的实践体验,对学校武术教学中的手段模式等进行分析归纳,总结出"奖励与惩罚"机制在教学实践中对教学效果有较好的促进作用。但奖励手段需要公平公正,不可滥用,且使用对象要有特殊性、代表性;惩罚措施则要秉承教学初衷,不能为了惩罚而惩罚,要让学生在知道不应该做什么的同时,学到应该做什么。
Based on the practical experience of front-line teaching,this paper analyzes and summarizes the means and modes of Wushu teaching in schools by means of literature research,induction and other research methods,and concludes that the"reward and punishment"mechanism plays a better role in promoting the teaching effect in teaching practice.However,the means of reward should be fair and equitable,should not be abused,and the object of the use should have particularity and representativeness.Punishment measures should adhere to the original intention of teaching and should not punish for the sake of punishment.Students should learn what they should do while knowing what they should not do.
