摘要
在教育实践中,教师运用奖励与惩罚塑造学生的行为时往往效果不是很理想,究其原因是不能真正科学、准确地把握奖励与惩罚.美国心理学家斯金纳的操作性条件反射理论,为教师科学有效地运用奖励与惩罚提供了科学的理论依据.通过正确选择和给予合适的刺激物,对学生身上发生的行为进行调控,或鼓励,或抑制,以实现扬善抑错的导向作用,帮助学生做出正确选择,养成良好的行为习惯.
In the practicing of education,teachers apply reward and punishment to student's behaviour. However,the results are undesirable as it is not scientific and accurate for students' reward and punishment. America psychologist,Skinner introduced operant conditional response,which provides teachers with scientific theory on how to apply reward and punishment effectively. The right choices and appropriate stimuli will regulate student's behaviour or give encouragement or restraint in order to realize the function of rewarding the good conduct and punishing the wrong behaviour,which will assist student to make a right choice and cultivate their good personality.
