摘要
目的研究中晚期胃癌患者临床接受热疗联合化疗进行治疗的效果。方法选择我院2017年4月～2018年2月中的108例中晚期胃癌患者进行研究,按照患者接受治疗的不同方式进行分组,联合组58例、单一组50例,其中单一组接受单一化疗治疗,联合组除了给予化疗治疗,还联合实施热疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果联合组治疗总有效率为67.24%,单一组总有效率48%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组治疗后毒副反应发生率为32.76%,单一组发生率40%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);联合组治疗后体能状况评分(83.26±6.68)分,单一组为(75.49±5.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对处于中晚期的胃癌患者实施热疗联合化疗能够获得较单一化疗更高的效果,且不会影响治疗的安全性,可在临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods108patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospitalfrom April2017to February2018were selected,and divided into groups according to different methods of treatment.There were58patients in the combined group and50patients in the single group.The single group was received single chemotherapy,the combined group was receivedhyperthermia,beside chemotherapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was67.24%and48%in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side reactionwas32.76%in the combined group and40%in the single group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of physical status were(83.26±6.68)in the combined group and(75.49±5.83)in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer can achieve higher efficacy than single chemotherapy,it will not affect the safety of treatmentand can be promoted in clinic.
