摘要
目的:分析腹腔热灌注化疗在胃癌手术患者复发转移相关指标及肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:将本院收治且进行手术治疗的62例胃癌患者随机分为两组,每组各31例,对照组按照常规胃癌治疗方式进行治疗,观察组则加用腹腔热灌注化疗治疗,然后将两组治疗前后不同时间的复发转移相关指标及肿瘤标志物血清表达水平进行比较。结果:治疗前两组复发转移相关指标及肿瘤标志物血清表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后不同时间观察组的复发转移相关指标及肿瘤标志物血清表达水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔热灌注化疗对胃癌手术患者复发转移相关指标及肿瘤标志物的控制效果较好,在胃癌手术患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective; To study and analyze rence and metastasis related indexes,tumor markers the influence of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy for the recur- of patients with gastric cancer operation. Methods： A total of 62 patients with gastric cancer operation in our hospital were divided intotwo groups by the method of random number table, each group in- cluded 31 cases,the control group were treated with conventional perioperative treatment,the observation gorup were treated with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the conventional treatment. Then the serum expression levels of recurrence and metastasis related indexes, tumor markers of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. Results.. The serum expression levels of recurrence and metastasis related indexes,tumor markers of two groups be- fore the treatment were compared （P all〈0.05）,while the serum expression levels of recurrence and metastasis related inde- xes,tumor markers of observation group at different time after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of controlgroup （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion：The control role of hyperthermic sis related indexes,tumor markers of patients with gastric cancer with gastric cancer operation is higher. intraperitoneal chemotherapy for the recurrence and metasta- operation are better, and its application value in the patients with gastric cancer operation is higher.
