摘要
目的探讨显微镜下精索静脉结扎术对青年原发性精索静脉曲张患者的安全性。方法选取50例于2016年1月～2017年1月来我院治疗的青年原发性精索静脉曲张患者,采用据术式分组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗。比较两组青年原发性精索静脉曲张手术疗效;手术所需时间、术后精子密度、精子的平均活率、住院的天数;手术前后患者生活质量SF-36评分;阴囊水肿等并发症发生率。结果观察组青年原发性精索静脉曲张手术疗效高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组手术所需时间、术后精子密度、精子的平均活率、住院的天数优于对照组,P <0.05;手术前两组生活质量SF-36评分相近,P> 0.05;手术后观察组生活质量SF-36评分优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组并发症少于对照组,P <0.05。结论青年原发性精索静脉曲张患者行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术疗效肯定,可有效改善病情,促进精子质量的提高和生活质量提高,有利于减少并发症,促使患者尽早康复出院。
Objective To explore the safety of microsurgical varicocele ligation in young adults patients with primary varicocele.Methods Fifty young adults patients with primary varicocele from January2016to January2017were selected and divided into groups according to operative methods.The control group was treated by traditional surgical treatment,the observation group was treated by microsurgical varicocele ligation.The operative effect,operation time,sperm density,average sperm viability,days of hospitalization,SF-36score of quality of life before and after operation and incidence of complications such as scrotal edema of primary varicocele surgery was compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of primary varicocele surgery in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,sperm density,average sperm viability and hospitalization days of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36scores of quality of life in the two groups before operation were similar(P>0.05),the SF-36score of the observation group was better than the control group after operation(P<0.05).The complications in the observation group were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microsurgical varicocele ligation is effective for young adults patients with primary varicocele.It can effectively improve the condition,promote the improvement of sperm quality and quality of life,reduce complications,and prompt patients to recover and discharged as soon as possible.
