摘要
自动化生产已成为纺织服装行业发展的必然趋势。模板技术是服装自动化加工的重要组成部分,文章介绍了免烫贴袋模板的结构设计、制作过程及使用方法,并将传统贴袋加工方法与模板缝制工艺进行对比,证明模板制作贴袋效率明显高于传统方法。最后,系统分析了当贴袋缉线止口宽度和面料厚度发生变化时贴袋模板的优化设计方案。
Automatic production has become the inevitable trend for the textile and garment industry.And template technology is an important part of it.This paper introduces the structural design,production process and usage of non-ironing patch pocket template,and compares the traditional method with the patch pocket template to prove that manufacturing via template is more efficient than the traditional way.In the end,the paper analyzes the optimized design schemes of patch pocket template systematically when the patch pocket stitch width and the thickness of the fabric has changed.
