摘要
为了适应服装企业生产自动化、数字化和智能化的需求,以单嵌线口袋制作为例,用三种不同的模板设计和制作方法与常规制作方法进行比较.实验证明:智能模板能大幅降低服装企业对熟练工的依赖程度;提高生产效率和产品品质;不同的面料性能和服装批量应采用不同设计方法的单嵌线模板,可以提高生产效率.
In order to adapt to clothing enterprises＇ needs of automatization, digitization and intelhgentIzatIon, a comparison is made between three different templates designs and production approaches and common ones with the single welt pocket production as an example. The comparison experience shows that the intelligent template can significantly reduce the dependence on skilled workers, improve production efficiency and enhance product quality. The production efficiency can be improved if the single welt pocket production template of different designs are applied to produce different material clothes and different amounts of clothes.
