摘要
为了对镇溧高速公路桥面铺装层病害进行彻底处治,综合比选常见的桥面铺装层材料,结合室内试验对防水粘结层材料进行分析,推荐采用双层SMA13沥青混合料和水性环氧防水粘结层作为镇溧高速公路桥面铺装结构。项目路段通车一年后跟踪观测发现桥面使用性能良好,无车辙病害;通车三年后车辙有一定的发展,平均车辙深度4. 2mm,仍低于原桥面车辙数据,车辙处于较低的水平。
In order to perform the treatment for the disease on the bridge deck pavement layer of Zhenli expressway thoroughly,the comprehensive comparison and selection for materials of common bridge deck pavement layer are made.In combination with the analysis of laboratory test on materials of waterproof bonding layer,the waterproof bonding layer of double-layer SMA13asphalt mixture and waterborne epoxy is recommended to be used as the bridge deck pavement structure of Zhenli expressway.After one year of open traffic of project section,we discover that the character of service of bridge deck is excellent through the tracking observation,without rutting disease;after three years of open traffic,the rutting has certain development,the average rutting depth is4.2mm,which is still lower than the rutting data of the original bridge deck,and the rutting is in a lower level.
