摘要
单一剪切强度峰值并不能准确表征整个路面结构服役年限内层间抗剪特性。对45°斜剪试验测试的复合式路面剪变特性曲线进行分析的基础上,对抗剪强度衰减阶段提出了新的评价指标,同时考虑到弹性阶段位移离散性大,修正了与位移相关的评价指标,进一步根据试验结果对剪变特性曲线每个历程初选的层间剪变性能评价指标进行了筛选。结果表明:弹性阶段测试强度和位移值对影响因子敏感性较大,层间粘结系数与层间剪变特性一致性较差,均不应作为层间力学特性评价依据,且较小的层间相对滑动位移不具备评价层间粘结性能的区分度,应优先选用τu、τr和β指标评价层间剪变性能,建议采用多指标综合评价层间剪变性能的方法,以便能准确评价层间结合性能;同时建议在数值模拟中寻求更为合适的层间接触状况表征指标和试验方法。
The single shear strength peak does not accurately character ize the interlayer shear resistance during the entire service life of the pavement.on the basis of the analysis of 45 degree oblique shear test shear characteristic curve of the composite pavement,some new evaluation indexeswere put forward in the stage of the shear strength attenuation.At the same time,considering the large discreteness of the displacement in the elastic stage,the evaluation indexes related to the displacement were corrected.According to the experimental results of the shear characteristic curves,the shear performance evaluation indexes were selected in each stage.The result shows thatthe test values of strength and displacementare more sensitive to the influence factor in the elastic stage,and it is rather poor of correlation betweenthe existinginterlayer bonding coefficient and the interlaminar shear property,which should not be used as the basis for evaluating the mechanical properties of the interlayer.The relative sliding displacement between thelayers is so smaller that it does not be used to evaluate the differentiation of bond performance.So it should be used to evaluate the shear performance between the layers ofτu、τr andβ.In order to accurately evaluate the interlayer bonding performance,the method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation layer shear performance is suggested.At the same time,it is suggested to seek more suitable characterization index and test methods for interlayer contact conditions in numerical simulation.
