摘要 为了探寻某电厂600 MW超临界锅炉主蒸汽管道蒸汽取样管焊缝开裂的原因,分析了蒸汽取样管的焊接结构,并对取样管的焊接接头进行了宏观检查、表面检测、硬度检验、光谱检测和金相组织检验。分析和检测结果认为,蒸汽取样管焊缝的开裂,和取样管的结构、焊接工艺控制不当等有关。针对裂纹产生原因,给出了改善取样管的结构、改进焊接工艺及采用有效的焊后热处理等措施,并进行了现场优化处理,目前相关设备运行状态良好,达到了预期的改造效果。 In order to explore the causes of cracking of the weld crack in main steam pipe sampling tube of600MW supercritical boiler in a power plant,the welding structure of the steam sampling pipe was analyzed,and the welded joint was subjected to macroscopic inspection,surface inspection,hardness test,spectral detection and metallographic inspection.The analysis and test results show that the cracking of the weld of the steam sampling tube is related to the structure and the improper control of the welding process.For the cause of cracks,improvement measures are given,such as improving the structure of the sample tube,optimizing the welding process and using effective post-weld heat treatment.Through the optimization and processing in on-site,the relevant equipment is currently in good operating condition and has achieved the expected transformation effect.
