图像分析技术结合超声造影在内生型肾肿瘤剜除术中的应用研究

摘要 随着诊疗水平的提高,近年来,肾肿瘤剜除术已广泛用于内生型肾肿瘤治疗。由于该方法保留了患肾,是否更容易导致肿瘤的残留、复发和转移引起广泛关注。内生型小肿瘤由于边界难辨,质地不易区分等因素,肿瘤的形态、浸润及安全切缘成为讨论的热点。笔者所在科采用术中超声造影结合图像分析指导肾肿瘤剜除术既尽可能多地保留了肾单位又保证了切缘的安全距离,起到了良好的效果。现报告如下。
