摘要
目的建立复原再造合剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药味三七、白芍和菊花进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法对丹参中主要活性成分丹酚酸B进行含量测定,色谱柱为Thermo C_(18)柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0. 1%磷酸溶液(30∶70),检测波长为286 nm,流速为1. 0 m L/min,柱温为25℃。结果 3种药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强。丹酚酸B进样量在0. 300~2. 253μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0. 999 9(n=5);平均回收率为99. 34%,RSD为1. 01%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重复性好,专属性强,可用于复原再造合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Fuyuan Zaizao Mixture. Methods TLC method was adopted for qualitative identification of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Chrysanthemi Flos in the Mixture. HPLC method was adopted for content determination of salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,the chromatographic column was Thermo C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 30 ∶ 70),the detection wavelength was 286 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The TLC identification methods of the three traditional Chinese medicinal materials were highly specific. The sample size of salvianolic acid B was linear in the range of0. 300-2. 253 μg,r = 0. 999 9( n = 5),the average recovery rate was 99. 34%,RSD was 1. 01%( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,highly sensitive,highly reproducible and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Fuyuan Zaizao Mixture.
