摘要
目的探讨天参利咽颗粒治疗阴虚型咽炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用1:1随机对照方法 ,将120例阴虚型咽炎患者分两组予以天参利咽颗粒和清喉利咽颗粒治疗3周,每周观察1次,记录患者症状体征积分和舌苔、脉象变化,相关数据行统计学处理。结果服药期间,两组患者均未见明显药物不良反应发生。治疗组和对照组,随访视时间延长咽部症状评分、症状总分和咽部体征积分普遍呈下降趋势,患者主观症状明显改善,但两组比较,未见明显统计学差异。结论天参利咽颗粒和清喉利咽颗粒同样适合阴虚型咽炎的临床治疗,可显著改善慢性咽炎患者的临床症状和体征。
Objective To investigate the safety and therapeutic effects of Tianshenliyan particles on chronic pharyngitis in Yin deficiency pattern based on a clinical trial in a randomized controlled way. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was designed to observe the safety and therapeutic effects of Tianshenliyan particles in clinical practice, with 120 patients with chronic pharyngitis in Yin deficiency pattern randomly divided into two groups in a ratio of 1 to 1. Cases in treating group （TG） were treated by Tianshenliyan particles, while those in controlling group （CG） were treated by Qinghouliyan particles, all lasted for three weeks. Then, changes in scores of symptoms and signs, the manifestation of tongue coating and pulse were evaluated in a comparative way between the two groups following the treatment. Results During the period of medication, there were no obvious adverse effects observed for this preparation among the patients of TG. Patients＇ symptoms were significantly improved following the treatment in both groups evaluated in a self-evaluation way, with the total scores of symptoms and the scores of pharyngeal symptoms and signs declined gradually. However, there were no significant differences observed with statistical significance in these indicators among all these patients. Conclusions As suggested fi＇om this study, Tianshenliyan particles and Qinghouliyan particles both can be used for the treatment of patients with chronic pharyngitis in the pattern of Yin deficiency, and both hold the efficacies to improve clinical symptoms and signs of such cases significantly.
