摘要
改革开放四十年以来,中国大陆的儒学研究和发展经历了由复苏到复兴、重建的过程。以中国的现代化进程为背景,儒学在整体性的社会文化自觉的驱动下,逐步回归传统,同时也积极回应时代所提出的各种问题。各种当代型态的儒学理论应运而生,儒学的一些精神性价值也随着民间儒学的日益开展,重新回到人们的心灵和日常生活当中。展望未来,全面的儒学重建是儒学进一步发展的目标,如何在民族性和世界性、学术与思想、学术思想层面的研究与应用层面的研究之间保持适度的张力,是儒学健康发展的必要前提。
The forty years of China’s reform and opening-up have witnessed the recovery,revival,and reconstruction of Confucianism on the Chinese mainland.During China’s modernization,Confucian studies,driven by the overall social and cultural consciousness,have turned back to tradition and responded to different problems of the times.There have emerged various modern forms of Confucian theories,with some of the spirit and values of Confucianism coming back into people’s minds and daily lives as folk Confucianism makes daily advances among the people.The goal of these developments is the comprehensive reconstruction of Confucianism,and the prerequisites for the healthy development of Confucianism are to seek the appropriate balance between the national and universal character of Confucianism,between research and original thought,and theory and application.
