摘要
"一带一路"倡议的实现需要精通外语、国际专业能力娴熟以及自身涵养较高的涉外复合型人才,由此新增结构化就业,高校毕业生应当合理定位职业选择与职业发展,高校就业指导教育应当加强"一带一路"就业教育。当前"一带一路"就业指导课程教学存在跨文化交际教学缺失、课时有限、重理论轻实践、教师对"一带一路"缺乏敏感性等问题,对此高校就业指导课程教学应当精编"一带一路"沿线文化教材,加强跨文化教育,利用翻转课堂与公益讲座延伸就业指导课程教学的时间与空间,并开展就业指导课程教学实践,引导学生正确进行职业选择、职业规划与职业发展。此外,高校授课教师要深刻理解"一带一路"倡议,备好课,提高"一带一路"就业指导课程教学质量。
The realization of the initiative"Belt and Road"requires for compound talents who have good command of English,skillful international professional ability and high self-connotation.Therefore,new structured employment is arising.University undergraduates should orient career choice and career development rationally and career education under the background of"Belt and Road"should be strengthened in college career guidance education.There exist problems of the loss of cross-culture teaching,limited class hour,emphasis of theory instead of practice and teacher's lack of senses of"Belt and Road"etc.So in college career guidance education,we should edit culture textbooks about the countries along the"Belt and Road",strengthen culture education,extend the time and space of career guidance education with the aid of flipped classroom and and public lectures,carry out career guidance education practice so as to guide students to undertake career choice,career planning and career development.In addition,teacher should comprehend the proposal of"Belt and Road"deeply,make good preparation for class and improve the teaching quality of career guidance education from the view of"Belt and Road".
