摘要
为了解决高层建筑和重工业工厂内水箱液位控制过程中的不便性、实现水箱水位的实时控制和可视化,设计了以MATLAB作为水箱液位的控制系统、WinCC作为水箱液位可视化窗口的监控系统。该监控系统通过OPC技术连接MATLAB和WinCC,从而控制水箱液位,并将此过程通过WinCC显示。介绍了PLC与WinCC之间的通信连接、WinCC的监视过程和显示画面,以及MATLAB与WinCC之间的通信过程。试验结果表明了该系统在水位调节过程中的稳定性与调节过程可视性。该实时监控系统充分发挥了S7-300 PLC、WinCC和MATLAB三者的优势,使水箱液位控制更及时、高效、准确,为解决密闭箱体内液位的高度变化过程的观察问题提供了参考。
In order to solve the inconvenience in water tank level control process of high-rise buildings and heavy industry factories,and to realize the real-time control and visualization for tank water level,a monitoring system is designed,in which,MATLAB is adopted for the control system and WinCC is used as the tank level visualization window.In this system,OPC technology is applied to connect MATLAB and WinCC for controlling the water tank level,and the process is shown through WinCC monitoring system.The communication connection between PLC and WinCC,the monitoring process and display of WinCC,and the communication process between MATLAB and WinCC are introduced.The experimental results demonstrate the stability of the system during the adjustment of the water level and the visibility of the adjustment process.The real-time monitoring system takes full advantage of S7-300 PLC,WinCC and MATLAB,to make the tank level control more timely,efficiently and accurately.It provides reference for the observation of the height change of liquid level inside the closed containers.
