摘要
为协调三峡水库防洪与兴利的矛盾,提高水库综合利用效益,通过研究三峡水库以上流域汛期洪水的气候成因、暴雨洪水的时空分布规律及洪水量级的变化,确定9月15日作为主汛期和汛末期洪水分界点,并将三峡水库以上洪水汛期划分为主汛期、汛末期两个分期。进一步提出了三峡水库坝址分期设计洪水及其量值。相关成果可为三峡水库优化调度和实施提前蓄水提供关键技术支撑。
In order to coordinate the contradiction between flood control and utilization of the Three Gorges Reservoir,we analyze the climatic background and the temporal and spatial distribution of the flood feature in the upstream of Yangtze River basin.According to this we take September15as the demarcation point to divide the flood season into the main flood season and the late flood season.Based on this,the design floods and their specific values in the two stages at the Three Gorges dam site are proposed.The results will contribute to optimal operating of the Three Gorges Reservoir and formulating the water storage schedule.
