摘要
医院建立科研绩效考核体系可以不断提高医院学科科技整体水平,有利于促进学科发挥技术特色和优势,对明确各学科的发展方向,动态了解各学科现状有着非常积极的意义。文章详细介绍首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院自2013年以来一直摸索着适应医院发展特点的学科建设及管理模式,在学科科研评估体系建立过程中,引进动态遴选和滚动机制,根据医院各科室当年科研绩效考核与现场考评的综合分数进行排名,动态评估全院科室发展,建立学科分层的精细化管理模式。
The establishment of the scientific research performance assessment system in hospitals can continuously improve the overall level of discipline science and technology in hospitals,and is conducive to promote the use of technical characteristics and advantages of disciplines.It is very positive to clarify the direction of development of each discipline and dynamically understand the current status of each discipline.Since 2013,Beijing ditan hospital of capital medical university,has been groping for a discipline construction and management model that adapts to the characteristics of hospital development.During the establishment of the evaluation system of the discipline research,dynamic selection and rolling mechanism have been introduced.According to the total score of the scientific research performance assessment and the on-site evaluation of each department of the hospital,the ranking has been carried out.Dynamically evaluate the development of department of the whole hospital and establish a layering fine management model of discipline.
