核桃壳炭燃烧特性及动力学分析 被引量:1

Combustion characteristic and kinetics analysis of biochar prepared from walnut shell

摘要 通过固定床反应器作核桃壳热解试验,采用热重分析仪研究核桃壳炭燃烧特性。基于TG-DTG曲线分析核桃壳炭燃烧特性,采用一级反应动力学模型和Coats-Redfern积分法拟合计算结果,由拟合结果可知,相关系数(R)均高于0.9,证明一级反应动力学可较好描述核桃壳炭燃烧动力学特性。结果表明,核桃壳炭活化能在53.32~63.48 kJ·moL^(-1),随着热解温度升高,核桃壳炭燃烧所需活化能逐渐增加,着火温度和燃尽温度均升高,综合燃烧特性指数(S)减小。 The pyrolysis experiments of walnut shell were carried out by using a fixed bed reactor,and the combustion characteristics of biochar prepared from walnut shell were conducted with thermogravimetric analyzer.The combustion characteristics of biochar prepared from walnut shell were analyzed by TG-DTG curve,and the kinetic analysis was carried out by model of first order reaction kinetics and Coats-Redfern integral method.From the results of the fitting,the correla-tion coefficient(R)was higher than0.9and the combustion kinetics of biochar could be described well by the first order reaction kinetics.The results indicated the activation energy of biochar prepared from walnut shell was in range of53.32to63.48kJ·moL^-1,with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the activation energy for combustion of biochar prepared from walnut shell increased gradually,the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of the biochar prepared from walnut shell were increased,while the combustion performance indices(S)was decreased.
