核桃壳质活性炭的制备及处理印染废水的研究 被引量:25

摘要 研究了用ZnCl2溶液活化法制备核桃壳质活性炭及处理印染废水的工艺条件.结果表明:ZnCl2溶液的质量分数为40%,300℃炭化80 min,600℃活化50 min,除灰HCl的质量分数为20%时,制得的活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附值达到4.8 mL/0.1 g,在未调节印染废水pH值的条件下,活性炭用量为0.020 g/mL,40℃吸附80 min,CODCr去除率达79.0%,色度去除率达100%,处理效果均明显优于市售活性炭,处理后的水质达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)二级标准. The technological conditions of preparation and dyeing wastewater treatment of activated carbon from walnut hull by zinc chloride activation method were studied. The results showed that the adsorptive value of prepared activated carbon to methylene blue was 4.8 mL/0.1 g, and the activated carbon was obtained with wt content of zinc chloride solution of 40%,carbonization temperature of 300 ~C,carbonization time of 80 min, ac- tivation temperature of 600 ~C, activation time of 50 min and wt content of hydrochloric acid of 20%. Under the conditions of natural pH of dyeing wastewater, prepared active carbon dosage of 0.020 g/mL, at adsorption tem- perature of 40 ~C for 80 min, the CODe removing rate and deceleration rate of dyeing wastewater was 79.0% and 100%, respectively. The efficiency of dyeing wastewater treatment with active carbon prepared was better than with active carbon on sale. The quality of the treated wastewater accord with the second level of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996).
