摘要
EPC总承包项目与常规项目在技术管理上存在较大差异,本文根据现代双接口管理矩阵关系,从EPC总承包项目非刚性技术管理角度,明确各责任方的技术人员定位、责任和技术融合,理清EPC总包部各方的技术关系。以管理实践诠释EPC总承包项目模式下技术管理的先进方法和改进方向,提高技术的预测性、先导性、可靠性和变现能力。
There is a great difference between EPC general contracting project and conventional project in technical management.Technical positioning,responsibility and technical fusion of all responsible parties are made clear from the perspective of EPC general contracting project non-rigid technical management according to modern dual-interface management matrix relation in the paper,and the technical relation of all parties in EPC general contracting is sorted.Advanced method and improvement directions of technical management under EPC general contracting project mode are explained with management practice,thereby improving predictability,forerunner,reliability and realization ability of the technology.
