摘要
为解决航空物流食品在周转过程中临时储存温度监测难,以及控制精度低等问题,研究设计了一种冷热储藏装置。其控制系统是基于模糊PID控制理论,使用STM32平台对保温桶内的温度进行监测和控制、TFT显示器作为人机交互系统,引入优化模糊PID控制算法,构建新型模糊控制器,通过在比例、积分、微分环节这三个参数值进行调节实现对冷热量的调节实现控制。实验表明,该控温系统能够有效调节存储桶内的温度,系统理论误差为0.1°C,实际测量误差为0.6°C。
In order to solve the problem of difficult temperature monitoring and low control accuracy of the temporary storage of aviation logistics food in the process of turnover,a cold and hot storage device was designed.Its control system is based on the fuzzy PID control theory,using the STM 32 platform for monitoring and controlling temperature in the heat insulation barrels,TFT monitor as the man-machine interactive system,fuzzy PID control algorithm is introduced to optimize,build new type of fuzzy controller,through three links of proportion,integral,differential adjusted parameter values for the regulation of cold heat control.Experiments show that the temperature control system can effectively regulate the temperature inside the bucket,system theory error is 0.1℃,the actual measurement error is 0.6℃.
