摘要
介绍了泵控泵技术,根据泵控泵技术的结构,建立了泵控泵给水系统的流量控制系统的数学模型。针对常规PID控制器控制效果不佳的问题,设计了PID和模糊控制相结合的复合控制器。仿真结果表明新控制器相对于PID控制器有超调小,无震荡的优点,符合流量控制的要求。
Introduced the pump control pump technology. According to the structure of pump control pump technology,established.the mathematical model of the flow control system of the pump control pump water supply system. In view of the problem that the control effect of the conventional PID controller is not good,designed the composite controller with PID and fuzzy control. The simulation results show that the new controller has small overshoot,no shock,and meets the requirement of flow control.
