摘要
目的观察传统针刺疗法对拔牙术后牙龈撕裂导致出血的临床治疗效果。方法选取48例排除相关并发症及相关全身因素的牙龈撕裂出血患者进行针刺疗法进行止血,并于治疗后3 d内进行随访确认疗效。结果经治48例患者中,47例患者于20 min内出血完全停止;1例患者于20 min时仍有少量出血,遂行缝扎止血术止血,随后出血亦即停止。结论传统针刺疗法运用于单纯拔牙术后牙龈撕裂出血确有疗效,对于减少患者痛苦、降低治疗复杂程度、节省医疗开支有明显益处。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on gingival lacerated hemorrhage after tooth extraction.Methods Forty-eight patients with gingival tears and bleeding who excluded the associated complications and systemic factors were treated with acupuncture for hemostasis and were followed up within 3 days after treatment to confirm the curative effect.Results The bleeding of 47 cases were ceased completely in 20 minutes;1 case still had minor hemorrhage after 20 minutes,then Suture and ligation was selected and the bleeding was stopped immediately.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment has definitely a better clinical therapeutic effect for gingival lacerated hemorrhage after tooth extraction,which can reduce the pain of patients,reduce the complexity of treatment and save medical expenses.
