摘要
总结当前信息贫困研究进展,分析存在的问题,指出当前研究多集中在信息贫困的归因分析与调查,以理论探讨为主,尚缺乏消除信息贫困的方法及其效果评价的实证研究,日后需结合国家的扶贫政策进行深层次的实证探讨,以充实信息贫困的研究内容,服务于国家战略发展需要。
Current research progress of information poverty was summed up,existing problems were analyzed.It pointed out that the current research focused on the investigation and analysis of attribution information poverty,mainly focused on the theoretical discussion,and lacked of methods to eliminate information poverty and empirical research of effect evaluation.The empirical research combined with the national poverty alleviation was to in-depth study to enrich the content of the poor information and serve for the national strategic development needs.
