摘要
文章从五个维度建立信息化发展水平评价指标体系,并在构建评价模型的基础上考察了武陵山片区信息化发展状况,通过与邻近四个省市及全国平均水平的比较,对武陵山片区的信息化发展水平和信息贫困程度进行了客观的分析,最后,有针对性地提出了信息扶贫对策。
An evaluation index system of informatization development level according to five dimensions is established and a model is built to investigate informatization development status of Wuling mountain contiguous destitute district. With comparing with four provinces and national, the informatization development level and information poverty of Wuling mountain contiguous destitute district are analyzed objectively. The results show that the information construction of Wuling mountain contiguous destitute district has achieved some success, but it lags far behind neighboring provinces and nationwide, which suggest that a deeper information poverty should exist. Finally, some targeted measures provide to alleviate information poverty.
