摘要
目的针对制供氧设备原位、快速、精确的氧气浓度测量需求,设计一种基于铜氨法的高精度、自动化氧气浓度检测仪。方法综合采用电子技术、自动化控制技术和传感器技术,对现有铜氨法测量装置进行优化和改进,其系统结构主要包括气液管路、测量光幕传感器、步进电机、双向蠕动泵、旋转叶轮、高浓度氧测量管和控制系统等。结果系统结构合理,可靠性高,环境适应性好。0~99%范围内氧气浓度测量精度为1%,99%以上范围内氧气浓度测量精度为0.1%。结论本系统减少了测量过程中的人为误差,提高了铜氨法氧气浓度测量的自动化程度、环境适应性和精确度,具有良好的应用价值和实际意义。
Objective According to the needs of oxygen equipment in situ,rapid and accurate oxygen concentration measurements,the present study designed a high-precision,automated oxygen concentration detector based on copper ammonia method.Methods The existing copper ammonia method measuring device was optimized and improved by integrating electronic technology,autocontrol technology and sensor technology.This system mainly included gas-liquid pipeline,measuring light curtain sensor,stepping motor,bi-directional peristaltic pump,rotating impeller,high concentration oxygen measuring tube and control system.Results The system had reasonable structure,high reliability and good environmental adaptability.Its concentration measurement precision was1%when the oxygen concentration was in the range from0to99%,and was0.1%when the oxygen concentration was above99%.Conclusion Our oxygen concentration detector reduced man-made errors in the measuring process,improved the level of automatism,environmental adaptability and the accuracy of copper ammonia oxygen concentration measurement method.The system has great application value and is of tremendous practical significance.
