摘要
分子生物学作为生命科学中的重要学科,有着举足轻重的作用。新技术新方法的迅速发展是学科发展的动力源泉。分子生物学实验课是培养基础医学研究生科研思维和动手能力的重要实验平台。通过本课程的学习,使基础医学研究生能够在入学后尽快掌握科学研究的方法和新思路,综合科研素质获得提高,从而为学位论文的研究工作奠定良好的基础。因此,分子生物学实验课程体系的改革和建设成为培养基础医学研究生综合能力的重要环节。以研究生分子生物学大实验课程体系的改革为依托,通过采用模块式教学内容重构研究生实验教学体系,改进教学方法和手段。
Molecular biology plays an important role as an important discipline in life sciences.The rapid development of new technologies and methods is the driving force behind the development of disciplines.The molecular biology experiment class is an important experimental platform for cultivating the research thinking and practical ability of basic medical graduate students.Through the study of this course,basic medical postgraduates can master scientific research methods and new ideas for scientific research as soon as possible after they enter school.The comprehensive research quality will be improved,which will lay a good foundation for the study of dissertations.Therefore,the reform and construction of the molecular biology experimental course system has become an important part of cultivating the comprehensive ability of basic medical graduate students.Relying on the reform of the graduate student's molecular biology experiment course system,the modular teaching content was used to reconstruct the postgraduate experimental teaching system and improve teaching methods and methods.
