摘要
目的观察百华花楸果实水提取液的抗炎作用。方法将实验用鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别设为空白对照组,百花花楸小、中、大剂量组(5、10、15 g/kg)、阳性对照组。空白对照组灌胃给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,阳性对照组灌胃给予药物5 g/kg。采用氨水喷雾致咳法,观察小鼠咳嗽次数;采用2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组织胺等量混合液致豚鼠哮喘法,观察6 min内引喘潜伏期;采用气管螺旋条实验制备豚鼠气管螺旋条法,观察气管松弛情况;采用小鼠足肿胀法观察抗炎作用。结果百华花楸小、中、大各剂量组小鼠的咳嗽次数均少于空白对照组(P<0.05)。百华花楸小、中、大各剂量组的6 min内引喘潜伏期均长于空白对照组(P<0.05)。百华花楸小、中、大各剂量组对豚鼠气管平滑肌的松弛率均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),百华花楸小剂量组对豚鼠气管平滑肌的松弛率低于阳性对照组,百华花楸中、大剂量组对豚鼠气管平滑肌的松弛率均高于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。百华花楸小、中、大剂量组对小鼠足肿胀的抑制程度均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论百华花楸果实水提取液具有抗炎作用。
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of water extract of Srobus pohuashanensis fruit.Methods A total of50experimental mice were randomly divided into5groups,and there were10mice in each group,namely blank control group,low,medium and high dose of Srobus pohuashanensis group(5,10,15g/kg respectively)and positive control group.In the blank control group,0.9%sodium chloride solution was intragastrically administered.In the positive control group,5g/kg drug was intragastrically administered.The mouse cough was induced by ammonium hydroxide spraying in order to observe the cough times of mice.The guinea pig asthma was induced by the mixture of2%acetylcholine chloride and0.1%phosphoric acid histamine in equal and the latency of asthma was observed within6min.Spiral strips of trachea were used to prepare spiral strips in guinea pigs,and tracheal relaxation was observed.The tracheal relaxation was observed using guinea pig tracheal spiral strip.The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by swelling of the mouse foot.Results The cough times in the mice of low,medium and high doses of Srobus pohuashanensis were lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).The latency of asthma within6min in low,medium and high doses of srobus pohuashanensis was longer compared with the blank control group(P<0.05).The relaxation rates of guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle were higher in the low,medium and high doses of Srobus pohuashanensis than that in the blank control group(P<0.05).Compared with the positive control group,the relaxation rate of guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle in the low dose of srobus pohuashanensis was lower,while in the medium and high doses,the relaxation rates were higher(P<0.05).The inhibition degree of foot swelling in the low,medium and high doses of Srobus pohuashanensis was greater than that of the blank control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The water extract of Srobus pohuashanensis fruit has an anti-inflammatory effect.
