摘要
推进文化事业单位建设法人治理结构,是构建公共文化服务体系的战略任务和目标。温州市图书馆作为全国10家公共文化机构法人治理结构试点单位之一,在治理结构、理事构成、完善机制、规范运行等方面精心设计,力求实效,有效吸引了社会力量加入图书馆管理,全面提升了图书馆服务效益。这种改革模式对于深化公共文化机构体制机制创新、构建现代公共文化治理体系和提升现代公共文化治理能力提供了全新思路和有益经验。
Promoting the construction of corporate governance structure in cultural institutions is a strategic task and a goal of building a public cultural service system.Wenzhou Library,as one of the10pilots implementing corporate governance in public cultural institutions,works hard to improve its management,administration,mechanisms and operations.That is how the result-oriented library involves non-governmental sectors in management,and increases service benefits.The experience of Wenzhou Library's reform set an example for others to learn about institutional innovation in public cultural organizations,development of modern culture governance system and improvement of governance capacity in modern public culture.
