摘要
国电泰州发电有限公司二期2×1 000 MW超超临界二次再热汽轮机组数字电液控制系统(DEH)采用T3000控制系统。该DEH中设专有的热应力评估(TSE)系统,用于计算并监测不同启动方式下汽轮机各金属部件的热应力。X准则作为TSE重要判断及控制的依据之一,恰当的温度裕度可使汽轮机在变工况时具有良好的适应性、可靠性。通过介绍该型汽轮机冷态、温态、热态条件冲转前X准则的意义和目的,分析满足对应X准则的条件和方法,为今后同类型机组在保障顺利冲转方面提供参考。
In 2×1 000 MW ultra supercritical secondary reheat steam turbine unit of second phase of Guodian Taizhou Power Plant, T3000 control system was taken as digital electro-hydraulic(DEH)control system.The DEH control system is equipped with thermal state estimator (TSE) for calculating and monitoring the heat stresses of various metal components of steam tur- bines in different starting modes. The X criterion is one of the basis for the judgment and control of TSE. The proper temperature margin can make the steam turbine have good adaptability and reliability under variable working conditions. By introducing the significance of the X criterion under cold, warm and hot conditions before the turbine rushes, the conditions and methods corresponding to meet X criterions are analyzed, which provides a reference for the smooth turbine rushes of similar type.
