摘要
汽轮机的运行情况直接影响到整个机组的经济效益。在汽轮机启停以及运行过程中不可避免会产生热应力,若这些应力得不到相应的控制,可能导致汽缸裂纹、转子变形等严重后果。以上海汽轮机厂1000 MW二次再热超超临界汽轮机为例,主要对热应力产生情况及其控制方法进行分析讨论。
The operation of steam turbine directly affects the economic benefits of the whole unit.Thermal stress inevitably occurs during the start-up or stopping and operation of the steam turbine. If the stress is not controlled, it may lead to the serious consequences of the cylinder crack and the rotor deformation.Taken the 1000 MW double reheat Ultra-supercritical steam turbine of Shanghai steam turbine plant as an example,the thermal stress generation and its control methods are analyzed and discussed.
