摘要
目的探究两种联合用药治疗方式(小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺与氨溴索联合人免疫球蛋白)在小儿重症肺炎中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年8月—2018年3月收治的80例小儿重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,通过随机数字表将其分为对照组和试验组。其中对照组患儿40例,给予小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗;试验组患儿40例,给予氨溴索联合人免疫球蛋白治疗,对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果试验组患儿的临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在小儿重症肺炎的治疗中采用氨溴索联合人免疫球蛋白可以有效提升治疗效果,缓解患儿的临床表现症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of two combined medications(low dose dopamine combined with dobutamine and ambroxol combined with human immunoglobulin)in children with severe pneumonia.Methods Eighty children with severe pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by means of random number table.40 children in the control group were treated with low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine;40 children in the experimental group were treated with ambroxol combined with human immunoglobulin,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ambroxol combined with human immunoglobulin in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and relieve the clinical manifestations of children.
