摘要
目的探讨哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2021年12月东平县人民医院收治的100例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能及临床症状消失时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗小儿重症肺炎疗效确切,能够显著改善临床症状及肺功能,加速患儿康复,具有应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Dongping County People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin and the observation group was treated with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium.The therapeutic effect,lung function and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children,can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lung function,accelerate the recovery of children,and has application value.
