摘要
为获得城市原生污水源热泵取水换热工艺系统设计所需的污水物性参数,针对城市多个污水排水泵站的原生污水,实验测试了不同污杂物质量浓度下原生污水密度、黏性系数、导热系数和定压比热,并研究了污水温度对污水物性参数的影响.结果表明:当污水温度从5℃到30℃变化时,污水密度随温度先增大后减少,其最大值出现在10℃附近;在污杂物质量浓度为1. 5 g/kg时,污水黏度减小45%,污水导热系数增大7. 6%.当污水污杂物质量浓度从0. 77 g/kg增大到1. 5 g/kg时,污水密度增大1%,黏度增大3. 5%,导热系数减少2. 1%,定压比热减小6. 3%;在污杂物浓度为1. 50 g/kg时,在5~30℃测试温度范围内,污水黏度均为清水的1. 1倍左右.
To obtain the physical parameters of sewage needed for the design of intaking water and heat transfer process system of sewage source heat pump,according to the urban untreated sewage at various sewage pump stations in cities,the basic physical parameters on different suspension mass concentrations,including density,viscosity coefficient,thermal conductivity,and specific heat of constant pressure,were experimentally tested.And the effects of the sewage temperature on physical parameters of the sewage were studied.The results show that the sewage density increases first with the increase of temperature and then decreases when the sewage temperature increases from 5℃to 30℃,and the maximum value of the density appears as the sewage temperature is 10℃.The viscosity of sewage is decreased by 45%and the thermal conductivity of sewage is increased by 7.6%for the suspended solids mass concentration of 1.5 g/kg.When the mass concentrations of the suspended solids in sewage increase from 0.77 g/kg to 1.5 g/kg,the density of the sewage increase by about 1%,the viscosity of the sewage increase by about 3.5%,the thermal conductivity is decreased by 2.1%and the specific heat of constant pressure is decreased by 6.3%.For the suspended solids mass concentration of 1.50 g/kg,the viscosity of the sewage is about 1.1 times that of clear water within the test temperature range at 5 to 30℃.
