摘要
城市原生污水的黏度特性是其作为冷热源应用的关键设计参数.将污水流动视为均质非牛顿幂律流,基于管式流变仪实验基础,分析层流条件时表观黏度的本构常数实验求解式,在紊流条件下基于卡门对数分布与尼古拉兹实验,推导平均流速、阻力速度与黏度项的关联式及其计算公式,定义特征黏度与计算雷诺数.在两种不同流态下测试污水的表观黏度η=2.2~8.0×10^-4(du/dy)^0.6,两种流态下表观黏度表现出一定的差异.
The viscosity of the urban original wastewater is a key parameter of heat exchange when it using as cool & heat source. Using the tube rheometer as the experiment basis, treats the sewage as non-Newtonian exponential homogeneous fluid, and analyzes the viscosity' s special relationship in laminar flow. Based on Krrmrn logarithm distribution and Nikuradse experiment, the associated formula about the average velocity, resistance velocity and viscosity is obtained , and the characteristic viscosity and characteristic Reynolds rule arc defined, η = 2. 2 - 8.0 × 10^-4(du/dy)^0.6 from the two different states were tested, which have some differences. The complicated mixture in the wastewater influenced the viscosity observably, and the original wastewater shows the shear densenes characteristic.
