摘要
城市原生污水冷热源应用是一项新技术,系统形式选择及运行参数设计是关键性问题.评述了国内外已应用或正探讨的几种系统形式,着重分析了淋水式、壳管式及浸泡式的优缺点.在此基础上,提出了一种新系统工艺,对污水冷热源的运行参数与热工况做了应用设计与对比.结果表明:壳管式直接利用换热系数在520 W/(m2·℃)左右,热流量为3900 W/m2左右,传热效果最好.以实际工程为例介绍了其设计参数与运行效果,对城市污水冷热源的应用研究与设计具有参考意义.
Using the urban wastewater as a cool and heat source is a new technology, of which the key problems are choosing the system and determining the operating parameters. Several system forms, that have been used or discussed are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of the pouring water system, shelltube system, and immersing system are analyzed. Based on this, a new system form is given. The results show that the heat-exchanging coefficient directly used of shell-tube system is about 520 W/( m^2 · ℃ ) ,and the heat flux is about 3900 W/m^2. So the shell-tube system has the best effect of heat exchanging. The design parameters and operating effect through actual engineering are introduced, and the references for studying or using urban wastewater as cool and heat source are provided.
