摘要
对于低压电气设备、管道阀门设备等多未采取闭锁方式进行管理,特别是在检修作业期间,多工作任务导致的部分工作面交叉及不同专业人员角色在相同或相临工作面的出现,极易发生误操作安措设备而引发安全事故。结合目前防误管理中成熟的图形界面展示方法和强制闭锁管理理念,研制一套检修隔离闭锁管理系统,以填补检修作业过程中防止误操作管理的空白。
For low-voltage electrical equipment,pipeline valve equipment,etc.,has no block measures for management.Especially during maintenance work,part of the work is crossed due to multiple work tasks,and different professional roles are on the same or adjacent work.It is easy to cause misoperation of safety equipment and cause safety accidents.Combined with the mature graphical interface display method and the forced block management concept in the current block management,a maintenance isolation block management system was developed to fill in the blank of MIS operation management during maintenance work.
