铝-钢异种金属薄板的点焊技术研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 汽车轻量化和安全性的要求使得铝合金和钢的连接技术成为研究热点。由于汽车行业中的金属多为薄板,搭接是最常用的连接型式,因此点焊技术成为应用最为广泛的连接技术。从铝合金和钢异种材料的焊接性入手,阐述目前三种常用点焊技术——电阻点焊、搅拌摩擦点焊和超声点焊的研究现状,主要集中在铝/钢异种金属接头的组织特征和力学性能。 The welding technologies of aluminium alloy and steel are becoming hot spot because of the requirement of lightweight and security for cars.Several kinds of spot welding technologies have been used since the metal sheets are commonly thin and lapped for welding in automobile manufacturing area.The weldability of aluminium alloy and steel is analyzed.Then the study state of several common spot welding technologies such as resistance spot welding,friction stir spot welding and ultrasonic spot welding is reviewed.The focus is on the microstructure characters and the mechanical performance of Al/steel dissimilar joints.
