摘要
文章分析了物流两能型人才培养模式的实施现状及存在的主要问题,提出基于理论、实训、企业三大平台的新型培养模式,为培养物流两能型人才提供了有益的思考。
This paper analyzes the implementation status and main problems of logistics two ability-type talents training model,and puts forward a new training mode based on the three platforms of theory,practice and enterprise,which provides beneficial thinking for the training of logistics talents.
