摘要
对国家示范性高职院校和国家骨干高职院校的自我办学定位进行统计分析,发现存有人才培养目标定位呈现出较强的同质性、办学层次定位与国家战略规划相悖、师资队伍水平定位回避"双师素质"培养、没能正确认识办学职能定位问题、服务面向定位大而无当、办学特色定位不明晰、缺乏明确的发展目标定位等问题。为加快推进高职教育"香起来、亮起来、强起来、忙起来、活起来、特起来",应从异质多元的培养目标定位、提质增效的办学层次定位、塑造"双师"的师资队伍水平定位、聚焦具体的办学职能定位、适应需求的服务面向定位、逐步发展的办学特色定位、科学合理的发展目标定位等方面做相应补足。
Through the statistical analysis on the self-running orientation of National Demonstration Higher Vocational Colleges and National Backbone Higher Vocational Colleges,it is found that there exist problems,such as the orientation of talent training goal presents a strong homogeneity,the school-running level position is contrary to national strategic planning,the positioning of teachers troop level avoids the "dual-qualification competency"training,the problem of school-running function orientation cannot be recognized correctly, the orientation of service is large but impractical,the school-running characteristics is unclear,the positioning of development goals is not clear.In order to speed up the development of higher vocational education,it is necessary to make up from the following aspects of the heterogeneous and multiple training target positioning,education level positioning with improved quality and efficiency,shaping the "dual-qualification"teacher level orientation,focusing on the specific orientation of school-running functions,service-based orientation adapting to the demand,school-running characteristics orientation gradually developed,the scientific and reasonable development target positioning,etc.
