摘要
目的分析帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁的临床疗效。方法 72例精神分裂症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用氢溴酸西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗,观察组采用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后阴性和阳性症状评分、抑郁评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的阴性因子评分、阳性因子评分和一般精神病理评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的阳性因子评分和一般精神病理评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后阴性因子评分及治疗后总评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者抑郁评分均低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为13.89%(5/36),低于对照组的16.67%(6/36),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁的疗效优越,能够有效改善患者临床症状,减轻患者的抑郁症状,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.Methods A total of 72 schizophrenia patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with citalopram hydrobromide,and the observation group was treated with paroxetine combined with olanzapine.Observation and comparison were made on negative and positive symptom scores,depression scores before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in negative factor score,positive factor score and general psychopathology score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in positive factor score and general psychopathology score(P>0.05).The observation group had lower negative factor score and total score after treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in depression score(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower depression score than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 13.89%(5/36)than 16.67%(6/36)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of paroxetine and olanzapine shows superior efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression,and it can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with depression with high safety.So it is worthy of promotion.
