摘要
目的观察帕罗西汀联合心理疗法治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月~2017年6月我院住院治疗的精神分裂症后抑郁患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组患者均予帕罗西汀治疗,同时观察组联合心理疗法治疗,治疗8周末比较两组的临床治疗效果,以及两组患者治疗前、治疗4周末、8周末HAMD评分的变化情况。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为90.0%、73.3%,观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗8周末,两组患者的HAMD评分分别较治疗前显著降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗8周末的HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合心理疗法治疗精神分裂症后抑郁临床治疗效果显著提高,减轻或缓解患者的抑郁状态,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with psychological therapy on depression after schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients with post-schizophrenia depression who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with paroxetine. At the same time, the observation group was also given psychological therapy. The clinical treatment effect between the two groups was compared at the end of treatment for 8 weeks. And the changes of HAMD score before treatment, at the end of treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group after treatment was 90.0% and 73.3% respectively. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The HAMD scores of the patients in the two groups at the end of treatment for 8 weeks were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The HAMD score of the patients in the observation group at the end of treatment for 8 weeks was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression has significantly improved clinical effect, which reduces or alleviates the patient＇s depression, and improves the quality of life of patients.
