摘要 排气管支架安装位置和数量对整个排气后处理系统的强度和可靠性有重要意义。某整车公司匹配的后处理系统在实际应用过程中出现排气管支架断裂以及导致的选择性催化还原箱损坏。应其要求分析固定支架断裂的原因。利用Workbench软件对整个排气后处理系统进行模态及结构应力分析。分析结果为设计缺陷。针对问题提出2种优化方案,均能解决固定支架断裂问题。 The mounting position and the number of exhaust pipe brackets are important for the strength and reliability of the entire exhaust post-treatment system.In the actual application of a matching post-treatment system of a vehicle company,the fracture of the exhaust pipe bracket and the damage caused by the selective catalytic reduction box occurs.The cause of the fracture of the fixed bracket was analyzed at its request.The modal and structural stress analysis of the whole exhaust post-treatment system was carried out using Workbench software.The analytical result is the design defect.Two optimization schemes are proposed for the problem,which can solve the fracture problem of fixed bracket.
