摘要
描述了垃圾站剪叉升降机构的模型设计,通过对垃圾站升降机构的有限元分析,仿真了其剪叉的受力状况、各支杆的应力分布和位移数据,经过优化设计,使其既满足DB34/T 1988—2013固定式液压升降平台安全规范的安全性要求,又达到CJ/T 338—2010生活垃圾转运站压缩机规范设备可靠性技术标准要求,保障了垃圾站升降机构平稳安全,在满足设备强度和可靠性要求下又符合轻量化、低成本、节能环保的要求。
The model design of cutting fork lifting mechanism of garbage station was described. Through the finite element analysis of garbage station elevator mechanism, the force condition of its cutting fork, the stress distribution and displacement data of each supporting rod were simulated and the data were optimal designed. It not only met the safeW requirements of Safety Specification for Fixed Hydraulic Lifting Platform (DB34/T 1988—2013), but also met the technical standard of equipment reliability of Compaetorfor Refuse Transfer Station (CJ/T 338—2010), which ensured the stability and safety of lifting platform in garbage station and met the requirements of lightweight, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection under the requirements of equipment strength and reliability.
